Trey Hughes, Managing Member of Space City MMS, has a background in industrial metal recycling and NORM contamination removal. As a founder of Space City MMS, Trey recognized the significant need for rail storage and transloading services in the Houston area, which became the foundation of the company’s growth. Through his industry expertise and entrepreneurial vision, Trey continues to drive the expansion and success of Space City MMS.

Aaron Thomas leads Real Estate Development for Space City MMS, bringing deep experience in industrial and commercial property strategy. He has guided multiple development and acquisition projects under the Space City Properties umbrella, helping drive the company’s rapid expansion across the Gulf Coast. Aaron’s expertise in site selection, project execution, and long-term asset planning supports Space City’s continued growth and strengthens the company’s real estate portfolio.
